In most cases, you may be able to file for up to two years if you missed the April 30 deadline.

- Take time to complete the application thoroughly.
- Mail your completed application to your county appraisal district. It’s best to send the application via certified mail so you can show the postmark and delivery date should it get lost or misplaced.
