Our employees are important to us. We are committed to providing affordable and comprehensive insurance plan options. New employees are eligible for benefits first of the month following the date of hire. All employees are given an annual opportunity at open enrollment to make benefit changes. We currently have 4 different medical plan options through Aetna, access to Teladoc, MetLife Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, as well as Short and Long Term Disability as optional coverage. All of our benefits can be accessed through the Paychex Online Employee Self Service portal along with 401k.
