Jami Cortez joined Texas Title in July of 2018 and has over seven years’ experience in the real estate industry. She minored in architecture at the University of Texas Arlington and went on to study accounting at the University of North Texas. While studying for her master’s degree, she also studied and was licensed as a Realtor in Texas, it was then she decided to continue her career in real estate.
As an introvert-turned-social butterfly passionate about developing long-lasting relationships with clients, Jami focuses on the development of her client’s success to create a true partnership.
“I’ve always been aware of my weaknesses and as an introvert it’s been challenging being in the role of business development where I’m constantly communicating with people and doing sales for my company. I really push myself every day to get out of my comfort zone and to evolve as a person. I still struggle occasionally but I love all the challenges of my job and I really love the opportunity of connecting with my clients on a deeper level.”
She fills each day with memories and adventures, never slowing down! She loves weekend getaways, painting, videogames, and trying new foods. She loves sports and will challenge anyone to game or match. She’s a self-proclaimed ping pong master and an entertaining sore loser!
