Camee Ponder-Pearce grew up in the real estate business. Her Grandmother owned three ReMax Brokerages in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and she grew up helping her hold open houses, stuff flyer boxes, and measuring room dimensions for new listings. Watching her Grandmother as the Broker working with her agents taught her the value of education and accountability.
After college, her first job was in Human Resources at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. She felt the family business calling and moved back to Lubbock to take courses in real estate and earn her real estate license. She then joined a large team at Keller Williams Lubbock, where she was in the top 20 for production. She sold real estate in Lubbock for six years. She was then recruited to Keller Williams Fort Worth where she was hired as the Assistant Team Leader and Productivity Coach. During her time at Keller Williams Fort Worth, over 100 agents participated in her launch of a $2 million production coaching program.
Her next step in real estate education came when she was hired to create an education platform for realtors in the DFW area for a Texas Title. She is now leading the growth of the online, on-demand education platform at Texas Title University.
Camee lives in Fort Worth with her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, going to country concerts, and traveling. As an avid dog lover, Camee also fosters dogs into loving and caring homes.
