Texas Title was formed in 2013 by attorneys Robert Karlseng and Claude Rich. After years of experience as Fee Attorneys, Bob and Claude recognized the need to expand their rapidly growing operation, thus making the leap to a full-service title agency. Our Castroville office opened its doors for business in 2021, making this the first office in South Texas for the company. With over 90 years of combined experience, our team of five escrow officers and assistants are proud to serve the Castroville and Medina County communities. In fact, a few of their team members are generational descendants of the early pioneers of the Castroville area. We currently are in a temporary location until our permanent space construction has been completed.
