Escrow Assistant

Responsible for providing clerical support during the opening, maintaining, and closing of escrow accounts. Assisting escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients.

Sales/Business Development

Building relationships with customers; advising customers on products and services; maximizing profitability on products and services; and acting as a liaison between sales, other departments and customers on products, services and technology.

Escrow Officer

Responsible for providing escrow information to clients and loan officers. Supervises the preparation and delivery of all necessary escrow documents. Provides mortgage holders with required tax documentation for filing tax returns. Ensures the process and documents are in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. Requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

Title Examiner

Experience searching through documents, maps, and records of sales available from Realtors, banks, or the offices of surveyors and government agencies. Ensuring a property is not in foreclosure and that there are no restrictions on its use or disputes about its borders. Provide recommendations on title issuance for properties and the proposed sales.
